You feel your body is fighting against you
Do you feel ever-growing stiffness in your muscles and joints, or constant pressure between your eyes? Every morning, does it seem a little harder to get out of bed than the previous day? By lunch, you wish you can curl up in the fetal position and sleep until tomorrow. Is caffeine driving your day to day?

You have one speed: FAST
What is your daily speed? For most, everything needs to be done right away. Our minds are wired and conditioned to get things done fast, multi-task and replicate the Energizer Bunny. What do you to unwind and live a more mindful life? The Bunny needs a break too, because the noise he makes can get annoying after a while.

You feel like you’re losing it
Or maybe you don’t even remember what it feels like to ‘have it’. Do you lose your phone on a daily basis? Do you feel like you blink, and the week is over? Business meetings, doctors’ appointments, hockey practice, soccer games and family gatherings. They are all jam-packed into your calendar in color-coordinated efficiency. Your planner may look like the type-A dream, but it may be taking a detrimental toll on your mental health. What do you do to live in the present moment and not let life fly by?
